Delivery times average 7 to 20 business days, rarely longer depending on the customers location. If any problems regarding shipping arise, please contact our customer service team. Taaj is not responsible for any lost packages. However, we issue refunds on a case by case basis if there is any issue or delay with your order.

Because of the supply nature of our products, Taaj does not offer returns at this time.
We do issue refunds and exchanges for products damaged in shipping. If the product arrives damaged please contact our customer service team with your order number, product(s) purchased, Rupee or Dollar amount, and shipping address.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
